I aspired to be a journalist when I was studying in NTU (Nanyang Technological University) School of Communication and Information (now Wee Khim Wee School of Communication and Information). I used to write for my school paper, but my opinions never made it to print. For pure self-indulgence sake, I decided to start a blog to satisfy my own fantasy of becoming a writer. Although the writing has evolved from adolescent gripes to my life as a television actress, it still does allow me to continue to learn about myself with every word I pen, and also to keep myself in check. It is a place where I share and connect with the people who love me and want to get to know me. Most recently, it has also become a place where the newsmakers come to seek angles for entertainment news, some of which might be exaggerated to increase sales, but most of it have been fair. I am grateful for that.
